Status of Compliance with the Requirements
The above-mentioned service is partially compliant with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
The following parts/contents/functions of the service are not accessible:
Although the visual presentation is generally easy to read, some text and background color combinations may not fully meet the required contrast ratios.
On some pages, heading levels are skipped, which may affect orientation for screen reader users.
PDF Documents: Our website contains links to PDF documents that provide additional information. These documents have not been tested for accessibility. At this time, no accessibility review or remediation is planned. As a result, there may be limitations when using them, particularly with screen readers or other assistive technologies.
Redundant Navigation Links: To improve usability and navigation on the website, some pages contain identical links multiple times (e.g. in text, images or buttons). These redundant links are intended to improve access to important content, especially on mobile devices or long pages. Screen readers may detect these links multiple times. This is intentional and should not be considered a technical error.
Use of Third-Party Plugins: Our website uses third-party plugins in certain areas to provide functions such as Instagram feeds, cookie banners, multilingual content, or interactive elements. These plugins generate content that currently does not fully meet accessibility requirements. This may include limitations in keyboard accessibility, missing or overly long alternative texts for images or links, non-standard heading structures, insufficient color contrast, redundant links, links without text, or limited support for screen readers. As these functions are essential for the operation of the website, replacing the plugins is currently not planned. However, we continuously monitor the development of these plugins and strive to communicate known accessibility issues transparently.
